Performance is improving due to the recent changes to how advisors work.  Advisors previously worked answering calls and processing emails.  Now all advisors are scheduled to take calls with dedicated time scheduled to process emails only.  This change has started to improve performance and will enable us to put realistic performance measure in place for advisors to work towards.  We should continue to see improvement in the coming quarter.
