There has been a change to how this KPI is measured (from calendar to working days). Performance has remained outside of the target as a result of the ongoing catch up on a proportion of routine and non-routine repairs that have encountered delays since the pandemic began. Some repairs are still taking longer than we would expect to complete due to the availability of resources, materials and contractors, however, the delays are reducing and we are on course to see performance improve over the summer.
