Performance remains marginally outside of the target as a result of continued greater demand for the repairs service and ongoing workload pressures. Whilst our ability to act quickly to complete the most urgent repairs remains unaffected some routine repairs are taking longer than we would like to complete due to the availability of resources, materials and contractors. We have increased our in-house DLO resource in reaction to growing demands and have seen some improvement in performance during quarters 2 and 3. We expect to see further performance improvement over the remainder of the year.
