Performance remains marginally outside of the target as a result of continued greater demand for the repairs service and ongoing workload pressures. Whilst our ability to act quickly to complete the most urgent repairs remains unaffected (evidenced by our emergency repairs performance and satisfaction with repairs returning above 88%), some routine repairs are taking longer than we would like to complete due to the availability of resources, materials and contractors. We have recently increased our in-house DLO resource in reaction to growing demands and adding further resources during quarter 1. We expect to see further performance improvement and achievement of the target during quarter 2.
