One of the reasons performance is out of target for the quarter is that we have started accounting for refrigerant emissions which were not included in last year’s accounts (or the forecasts) but should have been. We have also received more accurate billing as smart meters have been installed and overdue meter readings have now been taken which have lead to some billing adjustments from sites which were previously only being estimated (i.e. billing data is becoming more accurate and precise).
