CRM actions completed

Review of departmental performance has shown that CRM actions are being used to record and monitor some actions which are not subject to the two-day completion target – but are included in the performance figure reported. Therefore actual performance is higher than that reported.  As part of the further development of the CRM system, we will consider enabling users to set target durations based on the circumstances of the action.
