The heavy demands on the repairs service – with some repairs taking longer than we would like – continues to create repeat calls from tenants. The cold weather snap in mid-December exacerbated this situation. Planned increases to repairs staffing will enable more repairs to be reported and appointed on a single call, reducing repeat calls.
