The online portal was upgraded in Q3 and work to finalise the ability for tenants to book their own repair appointments restarts in February - both initiatives delayed by problems with the supplier’s software. The performance figure is an extrapolation, based on 9 of the 13 weeks, after data on usage was not retained immediately following the upgrade.
