Percentage of non-compliant Jigsaw Support Contracts

Two of the 22 projects were non compliant in Quarter 3. 1)Hospital Discharge Project where staffing shortages have prevented the service being delivered. Recruitment to the vacant Tenancy Support Officer has taken place with the new staff member commencing February 2022. Delivery has continued to be limited as recruitment takes place. 2)Motiv8: The programme's contracted targets remain challenging and performance remains non-compliant. The “Employability Team” is now in place with some improvement in "result" performance. A marketing company has been appointed to promote the service to new participants to improve "start" performance.
