Compliance with mandatory training has increased from previous quarter but attendance at classroom sessions continues to be challenging for some topics. New starters who do not attend mandatory training are put on restricted duties until this is completed-for employees needing refreshers they can continue to work unless there is a significant concern, accident or the legal refresher period has passed, ( JHG refresher is set 1 month before legal expiry to allow for slippage)
