Performance has fallen short of target this quarter. When adjusted to take account of new starters we achieved the 100% target for the following courses; safeguarding eLearning, equality & diversity, probity & anti fraud, declaration of interest, data protection and data protection for non office staff. There are 72 employees non-compliant for in person safeguarding training (although they have all completed e-learning on the topic). An additional two members of staff are now able to facilitate safeguarding training resulting in 32 of the non compliant employees being booked on sessions in Quarter 2, and further training dates have been set for Quarter 3. 142 employees were non compliant for in person professional boundaries training. To address this a plan is in place to deliver an additional 20 training places per month from September 2023 to year end.
