This is a new indicator for 2022/23. Non compliance is to a large degree due to employees, mainly in Asset management, experiencing issues with devices e.g. unable to complete eLearning on phone. For the data protection course, 50% of non compliant employees are onto their second or third enrollment and all line managers have been informed.
