At the end of Q4 we are 3 units below the KPI target of 831. We have shown significant progress to reduce the 103 unit shortfall from Q3, take handover of over 800 units across the financial year and off-set the delays we have experienced due to Conntractor insolvency (e.g. Hollins Homes/Urban Interiors) and Uility delays (e.g. 61 units at Louisa Street, Manchester)
