There have been nine new advisors in Connect this quarter.  Our training programme for new starters has been reviewed with the recent introduction of two Trainer/Quality Analysts roles.  Improvements have been made with the time taken to prepare new advisors to answer calls.  New advisors are now skilled in taking calls within the first month of employment.
