Staff turnover (five advisors were recruited to other posts within the Group in Q2) and absence (10 advisors were absent with Covid in July) impacted on our performance. To address these issues, were are looking at setting a two month notice periodĀ for advisors taking roles elsewhere in the Group and we have reintroduced cohorts within Connect to limit the impact of future Covid outbreaks. We aim to recruit to all vacant posts by Q3 and expect the call abandoned target to be achieved no sooner than Q4.
