Performance taken from week 24. The current climate and additional financial pressures placed on our tenants still remains prominent and has affected performance. However, despite this, collection remains strong (All RP’s and Group are showing an improvement on Q2 last year). We continue to undertake monthly targeting communication campaigns across the Group to ensure our customers are aware that support and money advice is available and we have seen an increase in demand for this service at the end of Q2 . We are closely monitoring arrears and continuously developing strategies to combat any increases, including communication campaigns encouraging payment by direct debit and contacting those that are paying their rent by credit card to offer help with budgeting if they are struggling to meet their expenditure.
