Void Loss
The group has let a number of longer term voids as a result of the pandemic and there have been subsequent delays in works due to working through these backlogs. Void loss has reduced month on month for the group in Q1 but longer term voids have pushed re-let time over 40 days. We expect lower relet times later in the financial year once backlogs of older voids are gone.
