Our Asset Management and Lettings teams continue to work closely together to organise refurbishments on a priority and demand basis, whilst ensuring properties meet the required standard before re-let. Where possible, we have been employing contractors to support with refurbishment works, however, other priority service demands on responsive repairs, disrepair works and the prevention of damp and mould have hindered our ability to redeploy resources to voids to improve performance, as we would have done in normal circumstances. Unfortunately, this trend has continued through the year and the target is unlikely to be reached during quarter 4. However, resources have been released to enable the void works on 40 properties across the Group to be accelerated in Q4.
