Void Loss
There has been a change to how this KPI is measured (from calendar to working days). Performance has improved compared to Quarter 4 (21/22). The large number of voids requiring significant maintenance work has slowed the process of re-letting. Consequently, our focus remains on resourcing and completing this work efficiently.
