Properties with Invalid Gas Certificates during Reporting Period

1-37 Sycamore Close in Withington has a non-domestic gas plant room that provides communal heating and hot water to all flats. The service was due on the 15th April 2025 and the work was passed to a Contractor who confirmed they were scheduled to attend on the 3rd April. It was only apparent after the certificate was recieved that they had attended later than planned (25th April) resulting in the service being carried out 10 days after it's due date without any prior attempts to gain access. The Contractor was questioned and explained they had rescheduled the visit due to staff shortages but failed to consult us on this.
