A higher than expected number or RIDDOR incidents were reported in quarter. All involving techncians or gounds maintainence opertaives. Two incidents were involving dogs, three were slip/trip/ fall incidents and two incidents with objects in eyes. All injured parties are making good recovery and most have now returned to full duties. All Riddor Incidents are investigated by the H&S team to identify any organisational learning or changes that may be required to prevent reoccurance
