There were three incidents in Q2 involving employees which were reportable under RIDDOR, involving slips/falls, manual handling and contact with a sharp object. All three employees have returned to work. There were also four cases of carpal tunnel syndrome and hand arm vibration syndrome identified by our annual screening programme which are also reported to the HSE. These cases are currently being reviewed by the Health and Safety team and by the HSE.
