Satisfaction with handling of ASB Case

The team have had another busy quarter, where we have transitioned over to a new version of React, which has resulted in data not going through to Voicescape and as such gives us an incomplete dataset. This has now been resolved. Satisfaction has dipped for the quarter and having checked the files concerned there are no patterns of concern, as it does not relate to individual officers or areas, so no identified areas of improvement. For the year the satisfaction rate has come out at 86.3%, well above last years target of 80%.
