Quarter 3 has seen a drop in satisfaction with North and Midlands falling below the 80% target. We have only had seven respondents in total in the Midlands, due to the relatively lower number of cases at this time of year, as such having only two dissatisfied residents can take the figure below target. However year to date, the group is still performing above target at 83.8%. All cases, where dissatisfaction is reported, are followed up by a manager, but no learning has been identified in the cases concerned.
