Void Loss
537 ASB cases were opened during the quarter, of which three were hate incidents, a reduction on last quarter. This equates to 15.66 ASB cases per 1000 properties (LCRA and LCHO combined) for the quarter. Housemark have published a benchmarking report in 2021 which stated that the average landlord received 51.7 reports of ASB per 1,000 properties (per annum).
