Void Loss
566 ASB cases were opened during the quarter, of which 16 were hate incidents. This equates to 16.7 ASB cases per 1000 properties (LCRA and LCHO combined) for the quarter. Housemark have published a benchmarking report in 2021 (https://tinyurl.com/3th5pydm) which stated that the average landlord received 51.7 reports of ASB per 1,000 properties (per annum).
