Void Loss
874 ASB cases were opened during the quarter, of which 15 were hate incidents. This equates to 26.2 ASB cases per 1000 properties (LCRA and LCHO combined). Housemark have published a benchmarking report in 2021 (https://tinyurl.com/3th5pydm) which stated that the average landlord received 51.7 reports of ASB per 1,000 properties.
