Void Loss
1006 ASB cases were opened during the quarter, of which 9 were hate incidents. This equates to 30 ASB cases per 1000 properties (LCRA and LCHO combined). Housemark have published a benchmarking report in 2021 (https://tinyurl.com/3th5pydm) which stated that the average landlord received 51.7 reports of ASB per 1,000 properties.
