Void Loss
An action plan to improve void performance is in development for EMT approval. It addresses three factors: 1) investing staff salary savings to reduce void numbers in JH North; 2) correcting categorisation errors of voids that we intend to sell and not relet; 3) ensuring Jigsaw Support void loss is net of contract income.
