An action plan to improve voids performance has been approved by EMT and will addresses three factors: 1) utilising staff vacancy savings in Asset Mgt by subcontracting c.30 void refurbishments in JHN; 2) correcting 'on-debit' categorisation errors for voids that we intend to dispose of and not relet; 3) ensuring Jigsaw Support void loss is net of contract income. We expect to see improved void loss performance in Q4.
