Properties with Invalid Gas Certificates during Reporting Period

82 properties from a total of 4287 in the period were completed past their due date. 81 of these were in accordance with policy. For the one other address an initial service was raised and attended to ahead of the anniversary date which resulted in a no access. From an existing un-appointed gas service works order report the Gas Safety team identified that this property had not flagged to re-appoint. The cause of this was established as to how the property had been set up on Northgate and checks have been undertaken to establish this is an isolated occurrence. The service was completed on a second visit four days after anniversary date.
