TSM: Non emergency repairs completed within target timescales

Performance remains marginally outside of the target because of ongoing demand for the repairs service which is also typically higher during the winter months. Whilst our ability to act quickly to complete the most urgent repairs remains unaffected, some routine repairs are taking longer than we would like to complete due competing priorities and appointment availability. In recent times we have increased our in-house DLO resource in reaction to growing demands and have seen some improvement in performance, however, with the number of completed repairs now at the highest level recorded it is expected that performance with remain close to or slightly above target for the early quarters in 2024/25.
