TSM: Non emergency repairs completed within target timescales

Performance narrowly missed target during the quarter due to a seasonal upturn in emergency and urgent repairs being required during the winter period. We prioritise attendance to repairs affected by weather and cold temperatures as quickly as possible, which unfortunately results in some non-essential repair lead times being extended beyond target. As the margins of performance YTD are close to target and this is a new measure from 2023/24, we will continue to closely monitor performance and adjust our resourcing plans accordingly.
