Due to ongoing service demands across Asset Management and our best efforts to meet performance in all areas, it has not been possible to achieve the median relet days target this year. Our Asset Management and Lettings teams continue to work closely together to organise refurbishments on a priority and demand basis, whilst ensuring all properties meet a safe and habitable standard before re-let. In preparation for the 2024/25 budget, we have considered increasing the level of resource we employ to improve the speed of refurbishments, however, the cost to do this is far greater than the level of additional rental income achieved through better performance. It is our intention to reconsider the performance target for the coming year.
