Our Asset Management and Lettings teams continue to work closely together to organise refurbishments on a priority and demand basis, whilst ensuring properties meet the required standard before re-let. Where possible, we have been employing contractors to support with refurbishment works, however, other priority service demands on responsive repairs, disrepair works and the prevention of damp and mould have hindered our ability to redeploy resources to voids to improve performance, as we would have done in normal circumstances. Unfortunately this trend has continued through the final quarter of the year. We expect to be able to reallocate some resources to voids during the spring and make improvement to performance in the early months of 2023/24.
