Our Asset Management and Lettings teams continue to work closely together to organise refurbishments on a priority and demand basis, whilst ensuring properties meet the required standard before re-let. Where possible, we are employing contractors to support with refurbishment works, however, other priority service demands on responsive repairs, disrepair works and the prevention of damp and mould have hindered our ability to redeploy resources to voids to improve performance, as we would have done in normal circumstances. During the final quarter of the year we expect to see an improvement on current void loss performance for the group, although the year-end target will not be achieved. Void loss performance reported for 2022/23 includes Jigsaw Support properties, which aligns the KPI with management accounts reporting. These properties were not included in the KPI figures reported in previous years, or in setting the current year target
